This property defines whether the velocity of the projectile is affected by heat buildup (ObjectTemplate.HeatAddWhenFire). When the heat buildup is at 0% when the fire button is released, the projectile is fired at the full velocity set for the firearm. When heat buildup is at 100% when the fire button is released, the projectile is dropped with no velocity.
When this property is enabled, it is dependent on the alternate fire button (c_PIAltFire) and if at all it cannot be easily remapped to primary fire (c_PIFire) or any other controls.
