VoiceNotify is an Android app that uses Text-To-Speech through the Accessibility Service in Android 1.6+ to speak notification messages from the status bar when they appear, avoiding the need to turn on the screen to read the notification. App List jumps to top when enabling/disabling an app Not an SDK issue All
Some apps have repeating notifications that can be very annoying Not an SDK issue 1.0.0 1.0.2 One such app is TweetDeck while sending an update.
Best workaround is to ignore the app, at the expense of none of the app's notifications being spoken.
