MDT description
For weapons where recoil causes the crosshair to creep/shift up as the weapon is fired, this determines whether the crosshair automatically returns back to its original position once firing ceases.
0 = Weapon's crosshair stays pointed upward when firing ceases (all assault guns are set to 0).
1 = Crosshair at least partially returns to its original position when firing ceases (everything else).
