MDT description

Defines the effect Object displayed at the end of an object's life, whether due to collision or reaching the TimeToLive. This is in contrast to the collision effect HasCollisionEffect, which happens when the bullet actually hits a particular material. Essentially, this defines an explosion for the object (grenade, exppack, flak, depth charge, etc.) that happens regardless of what is hit or if anything is hit.
